Frequently asked questions

Video and audio processing minutes are counted every time you or a respondent creates, adds, or uploads a video or audio message to our servers. This does NOT include playback of video or audio; there are no limits on that.

As an example, let’s say you create a Candor Video by recording a 2-minute introduction with a question. That 2-minute video would count as 2 minutes of time. Next, let’s say you have 10 people respond to that video with 30-second video or audio messages. That would count as 5 minutes of time (10 people x 30 seconds each).

People can watch your Candor Video as many times as they would like and you can watch or listen to their responses as many times as you would like. There are no limits on playback.

If you exceed the 200 minute monthly allowance, not to worry, additional minutes will be billed automatically at a rate of just ¢10 per minute.

No, unused minutes do not roll over and do not accumulate. You get a fresh 200 minute allotment at the start of every month according to your bulling cycle.

Up to 3 team members are included, but if you need to add more, you can easily do so right from within your account. Each additional user after the initial 3 are billed at a rate of $10 per month or $96 per year.
